On saturday morning there will be 4 Workshops going on at once. 

First up two, two hour workshops. Photographers will tour the city with Emily Troutman working on how to better tell stories with photographs, while Video geeks will hang out with Paolo and other video people to learn how to better tell stories through video. Both of these tours are 2 hours long and those participating will not be able to attend the other workshops. 

The other workshops include and are all 1hr workshops:

• 2 one hour sessions with Evan Dawson, author of  Summer in a Glass, on how to be a better speaker, while exploring the art of oral story telling. If you write, film or photograph you will one day need to be able to speak about what you are working on. Evan knows this first hand as he is not only an author promoting a book, but he is also the morning anchor of 13 WHAM News This Morning in Rochester, NY, broadcasting on the ABC affiliate (as well as the local CW channel). His on-air duties also include reporting on politics and public policy.
• 9am with George Taber where you will explore becoming a better written story teller. George will walk you through what it takes to get the most out of your writing. During this workshop all participants will be encouraged to write some and also present their work.
• 10am with Ryan Opaz. Ryan lives online and he sees and tests of the lastest tools out there for story telling and tech. What are the new platforms worth looking at? How can you better optimize your blog to communicate better? What are the future trends when it comes to online reporting and story telling? Get your geek on. 

Due to the limited nature of the workshops, we are asking that you register for only Paolo's and Emily's workshops. For any of the other workshops we'll be giving you a time and location to be at, and all you need to do is show up! Make sure to bring your laptops and cameras!
